The Contessa FB01 Euro Rail Base is a precision-machined fixed mounting base engineered for Battista Rizzini Single Shot Express rifles, as well as Battista Rizzini Superimposed Express and Juxtaposed Express models. Designed around the 12 mm / 60° Euro Rail standard, this base ensures correct mount geometry, secure engagement, and repeatable zero when used with Contessa Euro Rail Quick Release (QD) mounts.

Manufactured by Contessa Alessandro & C., the FB01 installs directly onto the rifle and serves as the foundation of Contessa’s modular Euro Rail system. Once fitted, compatible QD mounts can be attached or removed in seconds using Contessa’s proven clamping mechanism—allowing shooters to change optics on a single rifle or move a scope between compatible rifles without loss of zero.

Machined from blued steel, the FB01 delivers excellent rigidity and long-term durability, with a traditional finish that complements classic express and single-shot hunting rifles while providing modern mounting performance.
