This Steel Picatinny Rail is precision made by Contessa Alessandro & C. s.n.c. The mount is precision-made to fit the BROWNING X – BOLT LONG. Supplied as components, the separate bases are mounted to the rifle and locked in place with vertical locking screws (we do suggest giving the bases a firm tap with a plastic hammer to make sure they’re fitted on fully). This is the Extended Version designed to be used with scopes such as night vision, which need to be mounted rearwards for better eye relief.
